Straight after signing up you fill in your playing profile — handedness, preferred side, singles or doubles, your DUPR ID and a self-rating if you don't have one yet. You can't skip it, because every later insight leans on it.
Profile setup
Search for your club and request to join a team. Your request lands with the captain or club admin, who approves or declines it. Once approved you're added to that team and only see that team's data.

Courtside, the recorder is nothing but big buttons. Tap who won the point, then tap what caused it — that's the whole flow. Every tap is stored as separate fields (player, shot, outcome), and an optional 'Add detail' row lets you add target, court phase and forced/unforced when you have a spare second.
Live recorder
Watch 4 is for coaches and anyone standing courtside. All four players on one screen, one tap per mistake with a running count each, one-tap undo, and the score typed straight into the header whenever you like.

After the match each of the four players answers the same tap survey — who applied the pressure, which weakness got exploited, what worked, plus chemistry, communication, court coverage and confidence out of five. Four viewpoints on the same match is what makes the analysis trustworthy.
Post-match debrief
The final score sits next to what was actually recorded: each player's and each pair's distribution, the tactical patterns that kept repeating, and the mistake categories behind the result.
Post-match summary
Your taps become plain counts first — by shot, by outcome, by court phase — and only then a conclusion. Every statement carries how sure Tactix is (high, medium, low) and whether it's a one-off, an emerging pattern or a consistent one.
Return errors are running at 57% of returns, and 3 of 4 players named the return as the weakness exploited.
