Your account email, name, role, and the profile details you enter (handedness, preferred side, ratings). Match data you or your club record: scores, observations, notes and feedback.
Match scores and team stats are visible to your club. Personal development items — learning plans, goals, AI insights, debrief answers and private notes — are visible only to you, your team captain, club coaches and club admins. Ordinary teammates cannot see them.
Official external ratings (such as DUPR) are read-only and synced from the provider. They are never mixed with or overwritten by Tactix estimates.
When you use AI insights, your match notes and statistics are processed to generate suggestions. Results are stored as derived insights, never as recorded fact, and follow the same privacy rules above.
You can export or correct your profile at any time. You can request full account and personal-data deletion from your profile page — this removes your identity while preserving anonymised team history where matches require it.
